Cybersecurity Coalition Feedback to the European Commission on the Draft Implementing Regulation under the NIS 2 Directive

The Cybersecurity Coalition (“the Coalition”) submits the following comments in response to the European Commission’s Request for Feedback on the draft implementing regulation (“IR”) under the revised Network and Information Security Directive (“NIS 2”). The Coalition appreciates the opportunity to provide input and looks forward to working with the European Commission as the IR is finalized.
